Free Work Outs
If you are strapped for cash, but like to get a good work out, you should head over to the Exercise section of About.com.
Not only can you find hundreds of articles on how to work up a good sweat, how to stay motivated, how to beef up, good nutrition, and exercise programs, but you can actually find heaps of FREE work outs.
They have cardio programs, strength training and flexibility work outs for all fitness levels targeting just about every area of your body. Of course you can modify these work outs to suit your personal needs, but it’s a good starting point and best of all: Totally free!
My favorite work outs are the ones where you only use your body weight, but you can also find exercises that include weights and other equipments.
Now you don’t have an excuse to NOT exercise!
