I hate my telephone and internet provider. The reason why I do not like them is because they are trying to rip me off.
They are over charging me for my internet. I have the ultimate surf internet plan for $21.95 per month, but this month I got charged $63. Big difference isn’t it? I am not sure how they worked out that a fixed plan can get $41 more expensive in one month without notification.
And they are also overcharging me for my phone calls. We hardly make any phonecalls, but to my surprise I made a ridiculous amount of phone calls to a different state. It’s hilarious to see how often I can ring in one minute. You would think I am obsessed with who ever I have been trying to ring or maybe I am just a professional stalker.
It would be alright if they admit that it is just a mistake, but when I tried ringing their ‘billing’ service they can’t open my account on their computer because the electricity miraculously stopped working just as I rang and they are sitting in the dark at their desk. Not sure why the phone still works though if everything else fails to work.
Of course I made the phone calls according to them… I must have forgotten about it or maybe my husband made the phone calls behind my back. Ofcourse, why didn’t I think of that? Hmmmmmmmmmm…. Let me check the dates.
Oops.. Me and my husband could not have made the phone calls because we were both in hospital after the car accident…
