One of the things that is a big turn off for me in the gym is the music they play. Somehow they always manage to play music I don’t like. So I always work out with an MP3 player filled with my own music. But, sometimes I love to hear new songs, that’s why I have created this ‘What’s on your playlist?’ meme. The purpose of the meme is to get new ideas about which songs you can add to your work out playlist.

If you decide to participate in this meme, you have to follow a few simple rules.
