Gratitude

Do you feel grateful for the things in your life? Or do you rather dwell on all the bad things and complain? According to the law of attraction you can attract more and better things in your life by being grateful of the things you have, even if it is negative.

Have you ever felt so cold that your body is shaking, your muscles are tense, etc? Your body is resisting the cold and you just can not get warm no matter what you do. In order to feel warm you have to embrace the cold. It seems strange, but whenever you embrace the cold feeling and relax it is then that you can start to feel the warm again.

Gratitude is the same. If you resist the bad or negative things in life - you complain about it or dwell on it - you will have no room in your life for the good things. You are basically saying: bring me more of that negative stuff! By feeling gratitude you are attracting better things into your life.

So be grateful for everything you have. Be grateful that you got that bill and that you can pay it. Don’t complain about that slow internet connection, be grateful that you have an internet connection, there are plenty of people who are not that fortunate. There are so many things that we just take for granted.

Take the time every day to show your gratitude for all the elements in your life. You will notice that it will draw more and better good things into your life.

Good post! It is true that we take a lot of things for granted. I guess we all have a lot of things to be grateful for.
