Dove Rules
Don’t you hate it that these days you can not open up a magazine without being confronted by extremely thin models? I’m sure a lot of guys don’t mind, but for a lot of (especially young) girls it can be very de-motivating. In my opinion it is the number one reason why girls have low self esteem or even eating disorders. And the worst part of it all is that the image is not real. These models you see in the magazines are ‘photoshopped’ to perfection. Even the models don’t look like that!
That’s why I love Dove for coming out with more realistic advertisements. I applaud them for the advertisements of women with a curved figure. It’s a better reflection of society and it makes me want to buy their product even more. I also love this commercial that they made.
What do you think of this?

I officially love dove and all their “natural beauty” adverts - I think they’re one of the few things that stops me going insane in this world- the fact that they don’t make me feel like I have to be stick-thin to be beautiful and that they show nobody is actually how they appear on TV ~ Thumbs up for dove!

I am happy to see that Dove targets the ‘real’ women in the world instead of making 97% of the population feel bad about themselves for not being a skinny ass b*tch
